Mindfulness for Kids

Join Megan for this relaxing program series on Tuesday afternoons for kids in grades 3-5. Each session will have an introduction/discussion, practice, and time for journaling/drawing/reflection. Please register for each session you are interested in.

This week focuses on body scans. We will explore the connection between the mind and body and practice quieting one by engaging the other.

Face coverings are not required but strongly recommended while indoors at the Reading Public Library. Please follow the updated COVID-19 guidelines if you’ve tested positive, been in close contact, or are experiencing new symptoms.
