Mindfulness for Kids
Join Megan for this relaxing program series on Tuesday afternoons for kids in grades 3-5. Each session will have an introduction/discussion, practice, and time for journaling/drawing/reflection. Please register for each session you are interested in.
This week we extend kindness to our friends and family, but also specifically to ourselves. We will focus on using compassion to push back against self-judgment.
