All rental applicants must review the full meeting room policy.
Rooms are only available to rent by Town agencies, Reading non-profit groups, and Reading residents.
The meeting, event, or program must serve an educational, cultural, or civic purpose to the community.
Meetings, events, or programs must be free to attend and open to the public.
Registration fees are not permitted with the exception of library fundraising activities which require permission from the Library Director.
Rooms may only be booked between 3 months and five business days in advance of the event.
