Ergonomics at Work: The Importance of Proper Posture --- POSTPONED

Is your home office literally a pain in the neck?  Has working from home caused aches and pains that you didn’t have before?  Are you wondering if your office space is arranged correctly?

Join Jaimee Mace, MSPT, owner of PhiT Physical Therapy, to learn the proper way to set-up and use your electronic devices to avoid over stressing your body.  Simple changes to your space can make it more ergonomic. You will learn about the importance of proper posture and also learn exercises to undo the effects of slouching.

Registration is required.

Face coverings are not required and are welcomed while indoors at the Reading Public Library. Please follow the updated COVID-19 guidelines if you’ve tested positive, been in close contact, or are experiencing new symptoms.
