Fat Girls Hiking Book Discussion: Adults

Fat Girls Hiking Book Discussion: Adults

Trails Not Scales!

This is the motto Summer Michaud-Skog has adopted for her organization "Fat Girl's Hiking" with the aim and focus on self-care in the outdoors. In her newly released book, Fat Girls Hiking:  An Inclusive Guide to Getting Outdoors at Any Size or Ability, Summer promotes fat activism, body liberation, and building a community where fat and marginalized folks of all abilities can enjoy the great outdoors.

Join us for a discussion on this movement that embraces all bodies and encourages the exploration of our outdoor spaces. Share your favorite trails and tips or just be part of the conversation.

Registration is recommended.
