What We Talk About When We Talk to Our Bodies: Language, Body Love, and Yoga with Rachel Estapa

What We Talk About When We Talk to Our Bodies: Language, Body Love, and Yoga with Rachel Estapa

What does body positivity and body acceptance mean? How does body positivity take back the word "fat?" And how can we use yoga as tools for self-actualization and personal wellness?

Join Rachel Estapa, creator of More to Love Yoga®, for a hybrid event where we will learn and explore the vocabulary behind the body positivity and body acceptance movements and talk about why "fat" is not a negative word. We will follow the More to Love Yoga® philosphy and conclude with a body inclusive yoga session.

This program is geared toward ages 10-15 and their caregivers. If you have any questions, please contact rdgchild@noblenet.org
