Tell Your Story With Comics for Teens!
Have your voice heard through comics!
In this workshop, teens in grades 6-12 will do drawing warm-ups, generate ideas for their own characters, and start to write their own comic book stories.
All levels of experience welcome!
Workshop is run by Cathy G. Johnson, Providence-based writer and artist of the graphic novel THE BREAKAWAYS!
**Registration is Required** The first 15 to register will receive a free copy of The Breakaways!
Face coverings are not required but strongly recommended while indoors at the Reading Public Library. Please follow the updated COVID-19 guidelines if you’ve tested positive, been in close contact, or are experiencing new symptoms.
This program is part of the Reclaiming Your Story grant, graciously funded by the Library Services & Technology Act (LSTA) Direct Grant Program.
