The 50th anniversary edition of Diet for a Small Planet shows us how plant-centered eating can help restore our damaged ecology, address the climate crisis, and move us toward real democracy. Reading 's favorite dietician Lori Lambert-Osburn will lead off the event with a quick cooking demo of a recipe from Diet for A Small Planet. Followed by a moderated discussion with Moore Lappé.
