Get the Dirt on Living Green: Reducing Waste with Reading's Department of Public Works

Reduce...Reuse...Recycle!

 

Stop by the Reading Public Library and chat with staff from Reading's Department of Public Works to learn how to recycle smart, pick up hot tips on composting, and embrace the zero waste lifestyle. and live a more sustainable life. Tables will be set up outside the main entrance. This event will be moved indoors if there is inclement weather.

The Reading Public Library asks that unvaccinated patrons continue to wear masks during indoor and outdoor library events when they can’t socially distance. Please stay home if you’ve been in close contact with anyone who has tested positive or been diagnosed with COVID 19 in the past 14 days or are experiencing any of the following new symptoms as listed on the state’s website.
