Reading Garden Club's Memory Tree Ceremony

Since 2002, the Memory Tree Lighting Celebration, sponsored by the Reading Garden Club (RGC), has become a highly anticipated part of Reading’s holiday season. This event gives people the opportunity to commemorate an individual (family member, friend, neighbor, or group) or to celebrate an event (a birthday, anniversary, or other special occasion) by purchasing one or more “lights” to decorate the Memory Tree.

All proceeds from the Memory Tree go toward RGC projects for the town of Reading. The public is invited to participate in and attend this brief commemorative Celebration.

Forms for purchasing “lights” and listing donors and the people and events being honored can be downloaded from the Reading Garden Club Web site: www.readinggardenclub.org.
