Fantastic Beasts Mafia
In this classic social deduction game hosted by Howes Party Games, all participants will be assigned secret roles to play, with the task of finding out who is working with you, and who is working against you. All roles will be given out in secret at the start of the virtual event, and will be based on creatures and characters from Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them—from Newt Scamander and Credence Barebone, to the troublesome Niffler and the faithful Bowtruckle.
Open to teens entering grades 6-12. Space is limited; priority given to Reading residents. This is an online event via Zoom. Please register with an email you check regularly. An invite will be sent at least an hour prior to the start of the program to the email given at registration. Be sure to check your spam box if the invite does not appear in your inbox.
This program is part of the Tails and Tales summer reading program and is sponsored by the Friends of the Reading Public Library, the Massachusetts Library System, the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners, and the Boston Bruins.
