Fairy Tale Castle Quest - Session 4

Fairy Tale Castle Quest - Session 4

Fairy tale, fantasy and adventure lovers - join us to kick off the 2021 Tails & Tales Summer Reading Program with a castle quest! Put on your favorite costume and come to the library for this after-hours event. Find all the clues in our scavenger hunt, take fairy tale photos on our costume red carpet, make magical crafts, and test your skills at the hero's obstacle course!

There will be 4 timed entry sessions to help maintain social distancing. Please register your entire group for the same session.

Stop by the library between Monday June 21 and Thursday June 24 to pick up your ticket. Participants MUST have their physical ticket to enter the castle for the quest!

If the program is full, please check back later. Registration lists can change, and spaces may become available if there are cancellations. Please contact the Children's Room with any questions: 781-942-6705.

The Reading Public Library asks that unvaccinated patrons continue to wear masks during indoor and outdoor library events when they can’t socially distance. For now, masks are required during Children’s programming for the safety of our youngest patrons who are ineligible for vaccination. Children 2 and under are exempt from face covering requirements. Please stay home if you’ve been in close contact with anyone who has tested positive or been diagnosed with COVID 19 in the past 14 days or are experiencing any of the following new symptoms as listed on the state’s website.

"Tails and Tales" is sponsored by the Friends of the Reading Public Library, the Massachusetts Library System, the Boston Bruins, and the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners.
