Fairy Tale Engineering: Three Little Pigs Construction Site

Fairy Tale Engineering: Three Little Pigs Construction Site

Do you think you can build a house better than the three little pigs? One that can withstand quite a bit of huffing and puffing? Try out your hand at architecture and see if you can build a home that will protect the three little pigs from the big bad wolf and his gale force lungs!

For engineers going into grades 3-5.

*Please make sure to wear comfortable, mess-appropriate clothes as this is an outdoor program

The Reading Public Library asks that unvaccinated patrons continue to wear masks during indoor and outdoor library events when they can’t socially distance. For now, masks are required during Children’s programming for the safety of our youngest patrons who are ineligible for vaccination. Children 2 and under are exempt from face covering requirements. Please stay home if you’ve been in close contact with anyone who has tested positive or been diagnosed with COVID 19 in the past 14 days or are experiencing any of the following new symptoms as listed on the state’s website.

"Tails and Tales" is sponsored by the Friends of the Reading Public Library, the Massachusetts Library System, the Boston Bruins, and the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners.
