Virtual Share: Celebrate Cinco de Mayo with Mexican fare!
Join us as we travel in history to celebrate Cinco de Mayo, an annual celebration held on May 5. The date is observed to commemorate the Mexican Army's victory over the French Empire at the Battle of Puebla, on May 5, 1862, under the leadership of General Ignacio Zaragoza.
If you like to cook and share recipes then, this is the book group for you. Every month you will choose and make a recipe from a selected cookbook or theme and then join together at noon for a virtual pot luck lunch.
