Author Visit with Tina Cassidy: Mr. President, How Long Must We Wait? Alice Paul, Woodrow Wilson, and the Fight for the Right to Vote

Tina Cassidy lectures on her new book, Mr. President, How Long Must We Wait? Alice Paul, Woodrow Wilson, and the Fight for the Right to Vote; laying the groundwork for a solid understanding of the history of the 19th Amendment.  Ms. Cassidy is Chief Marketing Officer of WGBH, writer on history, politics, and women, and a former journalist. 

This event is generously funded through a grant from the Mass Humanities and is part of a statewide initiative: The Vote: Exploring Voting Rights in America.
