A fun, introductory class for those who have always wanted to play in the water with color, but weren't sure where to start. We'll cover the basics of supplies, preparing the paper, painting wet-on-wet, dry brush, mixing colors, ways of “saving the white”, and some surprise techniques to add texture and dimension. A simple landscape will serve as the basis for exploration. At the end of six classes you will have a completed painting. Some materials included, but student will need to bring some basic additional supplies.
