Book Buffet Summer Challenge
Share a pizza slice and book advice with other teen readers--but with a twist! This summer we challenge you to change up a book's story. During our meet-up, we'll discuss books as they were written plus your changes!
Challenge: You're in charge of the story! Imagine a new ending to the book. What other parts would you change? What would you add or delete from the book? Share how you'd change the story!
Come share your latest favorite reads! Plus get great book recommendations from other teens. Bring along at least one book (or more) to discuss. If you don’t have the book in hand, that’s okay! Just remember the title. For teens entering grades 6-12. Please register so we can plan accordingly.
Weather permitting, we will meet-up on the outside patio (2nd floor)!
This program is part of A Universe of Stories summer reading program sponsored by the Friends of the Reading Public Library, the Massachusetts Library System, the Boston Bruins, and the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners.
