Book Buffet Summer Challenge

Share a pizza slice and book advice with other teen readers--but with a twist!  This summer we challenge you to consider music inspired by the books you read. During our meet-up, we'll listen to the selected music while we chat about the book!

Challenge: While reading this summer consider what song, artist, album, music video, instrument or type of music a book inspires. Does the whole book inspire something musical, or is there a particular character or maybe the setting that brings to mind a song? If the book had a theme song, what might it be?

Come share your latest favorite reads! Plus get great book recommendations from other teens. Bring along at least one book (or more) to discuss. If you don’t have the book in hand, that’s okay! Just remember the title. For teens entering grades 6-12. Please register so we can plan accordingly.

Weather permitting, we will meet-up on the outside patio (2nd floor)!
