Teennovation: Henna Alchemy
Featured Activity: Henna Alchemy. Mix up your own henna paste with renowned Henna Artist, Mandy Roberge! Devise your own recipe for henna--maybe yours will include soda, lemon juice, rainwater or tea. Plus you'll add a distinct mix of essential oils. Learn to roll and fill your own cone then take it home for use later along with Mandy's henna workbook.
Registration required; space is limited. Grades 6-12 only.
Teennovation is a monthly meetup for teens interested in innovation, learning, imagination and creativity! Each month offers a new experience from guest experts to hands-on activities covering STEAM topics and themes. Sponsored by Friends of Reading Public Library.
