Artificial Intelligence and the Legacy of Physiognomy Exhibit

 

The National Library of Medicine's traveling exhibit, Promising Future, Complex Past:  Artificial Intelligence and the Legacy of Physiognomy with be on display in the Studio from April 1 – May 11.  
The exhibit presents the history of physiognomy -- the now debunked practice of assessing one’s mental character based on physical attributes – and explores its influence on contemporary artificial intelligence and computer science technologies that gather and interpret body data.  
Come visit the display and see where the future of AI is leading us in the area of biomedicine.
