Looking to get out on the trails this year? Join us for a talk with from Jess Halvorsen from Appalachian Mountain Club's (AMC) Boston Chapter to learn about some amazing trails in the New England area and how to keep yourself safe while out on the trail.

Jessica Halvorsen is a 4-season leader with Boston's Hiking and Backpacking Committee, leading trips throughout the year throughout Massachusetts and Northern New England, and a leader with AMC Adventure Travel, leading trips farther afield. She has led or co-led more than 50 trips with AMC, and has completed the New England 67 4ks. She loves exploring by foot and leads a wide range of trips: from local walks to strenuous hikes and backpacks.
