We have added shelves and health resources to the turret area near the Research & Reader Services Desk, including 10 kits in the Healing Library. This series of kits, each with materials devoted to a specific topic, was designed by RPL librarians with guidance from the Reading Coalition for Prevention & Support, RESPOND, Inc, and from Reading Public Schools Behavioral Health team. The kits were created to help a person, group, or family navigate areas of trauma and personalize the healing process.
