Find Your Melody: Music Therapy Group for Kids with Roman Music Therapy (Grades 1-5)
Inviting Musical Exploration in a Safe and Therapeutic Environment - 10 week summer series
This music therapy group for children is a unique musical place where children with disabilities can join us for music making and meeting new friends. Music experiences in this group are designed to support various communication methods, encourage social engagement, and foster creativity and imagination using instruments and songs. Participants in this group will have opportunities for personal empowerment and socialization in a fun and engaging group setting. All children with various communication methods seeking peer to peer interactions are welcome to attend.
This series of programs is designed for kids entering grades 1-5 im the fall with disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). Peers and siblings are welcome to attend, too!
