VIRTUAL: How Electrification Benefits the Environment

Electrification is the shift to powering devices with electricity instead of fossil fuels. Join the Reading Municipal Light Department to learn how electrification benefits the environment by reducing carbon emissions, and how you can help. RMLD will discuss electrification in the transportation and building sectors. An overview of RMLD’s power supply portfolio and related programs and initiatives will be discussed. RMLD will also review available rebates to facilitate electrification within the communities it serves. This event is in partnership with the Wilmington, North Reading, and Reading libraries.

Please register via Zoom link.
