Artist-in-Residence Workshop for Adults

This fall, our Artist-in-Residence Giles Laroche will share his artwork and lead our community in the creation of a large-scale Town of Reading collage. This hands-on workshop is your chance to help! We provide the materials, and Giles provides the concept and instructions.. Your creativity and enthusiasm are needed to help make Reading come alive on paper. Many important and interesting town buildings and homes will be represented in the image. Have fun with friends while you help make this unique and meaningful community collage.

Open to adults. Reading residents given registration preference. Registration begins Monday, October 2.

As part of the residency, there will be a drop-in creation station as well as workshops for kids and teens. Plus, all are welcome to stop by the Studio on Saturday, November 4 when Giles will assemble the artwork. Come to observe the piece coming together, or grab some glue and help!
