Artist-in-Residence Kickoff Event

This fall, our Artist-in-Residence Giles Laroche will share his artwork and lead our community in the creation of a large-scale Town of Reading collage. At the kickoff event, Mr. Laroche will explain his artistic process and how he created his book If You Lived Here: Houses of the World. See examples of his beautiful and intricate paper relief artwork, learn about the collaborative piece we'll be making during his residency at the library, and be inspired!

This event is for all ages. Families, teens, elementary school children to older adults... all are welcome!

Original pieces of Mr. Laroche's work will be on display in the library beginning Thursday, September 7.
