LiveWires Presents: My Accidental Big Year with author and birder Neil Hayward.

Boston birder Neil Hayward will discuss his new book Lost Among the Birds: Accidently Finding Myself in One Very Big Year. In 2013 Neil suffered a devastating bout of the Big Year. The temporary insanity resulted in almost 250,000 miles of travel and a record 749 species of birds sighted in a single year. Come hear about exotic birds, remote places, volcanoes, polar bears, Aleutian plumbing and more!  Book sale and signing to follow.
